The room is located in the city center near the University of Maastricht. There are 2 toilets and 1 shower to be shared. In the basement there is a bikeshed, busstops are around the corner. There is also a big courtyard ca. 50m2 inside the student complex. There is a 1 month deposit as it is furnished. There might be possibility to stay longer, but this needs to be discussed.
